  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients for making a salad.
  2. We boil the eggs. We clean the onion, wash the mushrooms and the tomato.
  3. We chop the onion.
  4. We chop the mushrooms.
  5. Fry onions and mushrooms in oil, salt and pepper them. Set aside to cool.
  6. We clean the smoked leg from fat, skin and bones.
  7. Cut the smoked chicken into cubes.
  8. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  9. We rub the eggs on a coarse grater.
  10. Collecting salad.
  11. On a wide plate we set a detachable form.
  12. I have it with a diameter of 22 centimeters. The height of the salad depends on the diameter of the form.
  13. Lubricate the bottom of the plate and the sides of the form with mayonnaise.
  14. Put the chicken on the bottom first. We do not grease it with mayonnaise.
  15. Next is a layer of cheese. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
  16. Lay out half of the eggs in the next layer. Smooth and grease with mayonnaise.
  17. On top of the eggs lay out a layer of mushrooms with onions. We do not lubricate with mayonnaise - there is enough oil that remains in the mushrooms during frying.
  18. Put a layer of eggs on the mushrooms. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
  19. The top layer will be a tomato. Cut it into thin slices.
  20. Decorate the salad with chopped tomatoes.
  21. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to infuse.
