Layered salad "Mushroom Glade" with pickled champignons, chicken, boiled vegetables and pickled cucumbers is perfect for any holiday. The salad is delicious and looks spectacular on the festive table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes after boiling the water. Let the boiled chicken fillet cool completely in the broth.
  2. Boil the carrots until tender, about 20-25 minutes, and cool.
  3. Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, about 15-20 minutes, and let cool.
  4. We clean the boiled potatoes and rub on a coarse grater.
  5. We clean the cooled carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
  6. Cut the cooled chicken fillet into small cubes.
  7. Pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes. Squeeze out excess liquid after 5 minutes.
  8. Finely chop the parsley and green onion.
  9. We rub the cheese on a large grater.
  10. It is convenient to collect puff salad in a detachable form (I have a form with a diameter of 18 cm). We cover the form with cling film.
  11. Lay the mushrooms upside down.
  12. We cover the mushrooms with chopped herbs.
  13. We spread the potatoes, salt a little and apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
  14. Lay out the pickled cucumbers in the next layer.
  15. We spread a layer of carrots on cucumbers and apply a mayonnaise net on carrots.
  16. Lay out the next layer of chicken.
  17. Put the cheese on the last layer. This will be the bottom layer after turning the salad onto a platter. We put a thin layer of mayonnaise on the cheese. We cover the top of the form with the salad with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for several hours to soak.
  18. We take out the salad from the refrigerator. We attach a plate to the form with salad and carefully turn the salad onto a plate. We remove the detachable form and the film. Salad "Mushroom Glade" is ready. Bon appetit!
