Puff salads always look neat and very appetizing!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary products. My walnuts are unpeeled.
  2. Wash the beets thoroughly. Boil the beets with the peel until tender, trying not to overcook. A small beetroot is cooked for 40 to 60 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. The beets should pierce easily. Ready beets are removed from the broth, cool.
  3. Wash the carrots. Boil in the skins until tender, about 20 minutes. Then we take it out of the broth and cool.
  4. Chicken fillet cut into strips. Rub the chopped chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. We spread the prepared fillet and fry until cooked and golden brown, for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Cool the fried chicken fillet and cut into small cubes.
  7. We clean the boiled beets and rub on a coarse grater. We clean the garlic, rub it on a fine grater or pass it through a press and add it to the beets. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix everything.
  8. We collect salad in a salad bowl. We carefully align all the layers, giving the salad a domed shape. Put half of the beets with garlic on the bottom of the salad bowl and level.
  9. Cut nuts into large pieces. In a separate bowl, combine the fried chicken fillet and chopped nuts.
  10. We spread the chicken with nuts in a salad bowl on a beetroot layer.
  11. We clean the carrots and rub on a coarse grater. We also grate cheese on a coarse grater. In a separate bowl, combine carrots and cheese, add mayonnaise and mix.
  12. We spread the carrots with cheese in the next layer of salad.
  13. Put the remaining beets with garlic on a layer of carrots with cheese.
  14. Greens cut into small pieces.
  15. Spread the chopped greens around the edges of the salad.
  16. Layered salad with chicken, beets, carrots and cheese is ready. Bon appetit!
