  3. Instead of peanuts, you can take any nuts, such as walnuts. If desired, fry the nuts for 3-5 minutes in a dry frying pan or dry in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Carrots use tasty and juicy.
  5. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling. Cool down in cold water.
  6. If necessary, each layer can be slightly salted and peppered.
  7. Wash the chicken fillet well. Pour water into a saucepan or saucepan, bring to a boil. Salt a little. Put chicken fillet into boiling water. Cook until done. Cooking time depends on the size of the meat piece. It took me 25 minutes for the chicken fillet to cook. Cool the cooked meat.
  8. Peel the eggs, separate them into yolks and whites. Separately grate the yolks and whites on a fine grater.

  11. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic.
  12. Cut the cooled chicken meat into small cubes and place on the bottom of a flat plate. Season with sauce.
  13. Divide the carrot into three parts. Spread one part of the carrot over the chicken meat. Brush with aromatic sauce.
  14. Put the grated hard cheese on the next layer. Flatten to form a dome. Season with sauce.
  15. Spread another piece of carrot on top. Also grease with mayonnaise.
  16. The next layer is grated yolks and sauce.
  17. Throw in the rest of the carrots. Brush with sauce.
  18. Put the grated squirrels on the carrot layer. Season with sauce.
