Hearty, tasty, bright salad with chicken liver, tomatoes and eggs. First, boil the eggs and liver. Then fry the onion, which gives the dish an appetizing aroma.   2. Wash and dry tomatoes and green onions.
  3. Hard boil the eggs (10 minutes from the moment of boiling). Then dip the eggs in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Boil water in a separate saucepan. Salt.
  5. Wash the liver well. Trim off excess fat.
  6. Dip the liver in boiling salted water. Stir.
  7. After boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the liver for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Throw the boiled liver in a colander and leave to cool completely.
  9. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  10. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion over moderate heat, stirring with a spatula, for 8-10 minutes (until lightly golden).
  11. Cool the fried onion.
  12. To form a salad, pick up a flat plate of any shape.
  13. Cut the liver into small pieces and put the first layer on the bottom of the plate.
  14. Salt and pepper if necessary. Make a mesh of mayonnaise.
  15. Spread the fried onion on top.
  16. Peel the eggs from the shell and grate on a medium grater. Lay the grated eggs in the next layer.
  17. Season the egg layer with salt and pepper. Top up with mayonnaise.
  18. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and lay out the next layer. You do not need to add salt so that the juice does not flow out.
  19. Finely chop the green onion and decorate the salad on top.
  20. Salad with chicken liver, tomatoes and eggs is ready. Serve immediately to the table.
