An original, beautiful and nutritious, yet easy-to-prepare holiday salad. All components are matched perfectly. Boiled chicken meat, champignons fried with onions, as well as tomatoes and cheese are laid out in layers - it turns out a salad version of meat in French. The salad is harmonious, a little spicy thanks to garlic, and tomatoes give it juiciness and freshness.

  1. We prepare all the necessary products. You will also need mayonnaise.
  2. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes after boiling. Cool the boiled fillet.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into thin quarter rings.
  4. We clean the champignons from the skin and dirt, cut into thin slices.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion over high heat until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the mushrooms to the onion and sauté together over medium heat until browned and the liquid has evaporated, 4 to 6 minutes. Then add pepper and soy sauce. Stir, heat for a minute and remove from heat.
  7. We shift the fried mushrooms to a plate, leave to cool.
  8. The cooled boiled fillet is divided into fibers.
  9. We rub the cheese on a fine grater. Garlic is peeled and passed through a press or rubbed on a fine grater.
  10. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut in half. We remove the core (it can be used for cooking other dishes), and cut the tomatoes without the core into small cubes.
  11. Collecting salad. Put the chicken fillet on a flat plate with the first layer and make a mesh of mayonnaise on top.
  12. Spread mushrooms fried with onions evenly on the fillet. Cover with mayonnaise on top.
  13. Next, lay out the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper (a pinch each). A few pieces of tomatoes can be left for decoration.
  14. Gently sprinkle the minced garlic on top. If desired, garlic can be mixed with chopped tomatoes, and then laid out in a single layer.
  15. We cover everything with a mesh of mayonnaise.
  16. Lay the grated cheese on top.
  17. From above we make a mesh of mayonnaise and decorate the salad - you can use fresh herbs and the remaining slices of tomatoes.
