Delicious puff salad with cod liver, boiled carrots and potatoes, melted cheese and fresh apple. In this salad, the tastes of a fairly large number of components are wonderfully combined. The rich taste of cod liver complements the sweet and sour apple very well, as well as vegetables and green onions. The salad is topped with fragrant walnuts. The dish turns out hearty, juicy and tasty!

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. Processed cheese can be preliminarily held in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  3. We wash potatoes and carrots, send them to the pan. Fill the vegetables with water so that it completely covers them. Boil vegetables for 20-25 minutes, until tender. We take out the prepared carrots and potatoes from the water and leave to cool. The vegetables can be steamed if desired.
  4. Boil the eggs hard boiled (8-10 minutes after boiling), then cool in cold water.
  5. Cut the cod liver into small pieces with a fork.
  6. We put the culinary ring on the plate. The diameter of my ring is 14 cm, the height is 10 cm. Lubricate the inner walls of the ring with a thin layer of mayonnaise or vegetable oil. We clean the potatoes, rub on a coarse grater and lay out the first layer.
  7. We put mayonnaise on a layer of potatoes.
  8. Put the cod liver in the second layer.
  9. Wash the green onions, dry and finely chop. We spread the onion on the liver.
  10. We rub the melted cheese on a coarse grater and spread it on a layer of green onions.
  11. We put mayonnaise on the melted cheese.
  12. Eggs are peeled and rubbed on a coarse grater. Lay the eggs in the next layer.
  13. We clean the apple from the peel and seeds and rub it on a coarse grater. Spread the grated apple on top of the eggs.
  14. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and sprinkle the apple layer.
  15. Lubricate the apple layer with mayonnaise.
  16. Carrots are peeled and rubbed on a coarse grater. Lay out the last layer of carrots.
  17. Chop the walnut kernels and sprinkle the salad on top.
