  2. Defrost crab sticks.
  3. Wash potatoes and carrots, boil for 20-25 minutes. Then remove the vegetables from the broth and cool.
  4. Hard-boil the eggs (8-10 minutes), then cover with cold water and cool.
  5. Peel the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater. Lay out on a flat plate in the first layer and tamp lightly.
  6. Salt the potatoes a little and brush with mayonnaise.
  7. Peel the crab sticks from the packaging material, cut into small cubes and put on a layer of potatoes.
  8. Peel the eggs and separate the whites and yolks. Yolks will be needed later. Grate the egg whites on a coarse grater and put on top of the crab sticks.
  9. Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater and lay out the next layer.
  10. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and completely cover the salad with it, grabbing the sides.
