Puff salad with pork, beets and eggs turns out to be hearty and tasty. The meat is first boiled and then fried with onions. Boiled beets are grated and mixed with garlic and mayonnaise. The final layer is boiled eggs. A little greenery for decoration - and you can serve!

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Buy sweet beets to make the salad delicious. Peel the garlic.
  2. Wash the pork well. Dip in a saucepan with cold water. Add some salt and send to the fire. From the moment of boiling, cook the meat until tender, about 30-40 minutes. Cooking time depends on the size of the meat piece. Cool the cooked meat.
  3. Wash the beets well. Dip in cold salted water and send to the fire. From the moment of boiling, cook for about 50-60 minutes, until soft. The root crop should be easily pierced with a knife or fork. Cooking time depends on the variety and size of the vegetable. It took me 60 minutes.
  4. Beets can be wrapped in foil and baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 50-90 minutes.
  5. Boil the eggs hard boiled (10 minutes from the moment the water boils). Cool the eggs in cold water.
  6. Cut boiled pork into small cubes.
  7. Peel the onion, wash and dry. Cut into small pieces.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put in the chopped meat and onion. Stir. Fry until lightly browned over moderate heat, stirring with a spatula. It took me 8 minutes.
  9. Put the fried meat with onions in a bowl, cool. Add half of the mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
  10. To form the salad, I used a homemade ring from a 14 cm plastic bottle. I covered the inside with acetate film so that the ring could be easily removed.
  11. Place the forming ring on a flat plate. Put the fried meat with onions. Tamp down with a spoon.
  12. Peel the cooled beets. Grate on a large grater. Pass the garlic through a press. Add the remaining mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper to the beets. Stir.
  13. Put the beetroot layer on the meat layer. Smooth with a spoon and tamp lightly.
  14. Clean the eggs. Grate on a medium grater.
  15. Lay out the chopped eggs in the final layer. Flatten and flatten with a spoon.
  16. Carefully remove the ring. Decorate the surface with sprigs of dill or other herbs.
