Despite the fact that there are no meat products in this salad, the salad turns out to be quite satisfying. Spicy crispy radish is perfectly complemented by boiled carrots, potatoes and eggs, which are more neutral in taste. And the apple adds a pleasant sourness and sweetness. Such a simple, but very appetizing puff salad dressed with mayonnaise and it turns out to be slightly spicy, juicy and tasty.

  1. We wash the carrots and potatoes well, fill them with water (so that the water covers the vegetables), add about 1 teaspoon with a slide of salt. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and cook the vegetables for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
  2. After a while, pour water out of the pan, leave the vegetables to cool.
  3. Boil the eggs hard boiled (8-10 minutes after boiling), then leave to cool in cold water.
  4. Peel potatoes and carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
  5. We clean the eggs, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater, the yolks on a medium grater.
  6. Peel the onion and cut into very small cubes.
  7. We clean the radish and rub it on a coarse grater. Salt.
  8. Mix the radish with salt. Then we divide the mass into 3 equal parts.
  9. We clean the apple from the peel and seeds, rub it on a coarse grater.
  10. We put the culinary ring on the plate. (I have a ring diameter of 14 cm). Put the potatoes in the first layer, lightly tamp.
  11. Salt the potatoes, pepper and apply a mayonnaise net.
  12. The next layer lay out a third of the radish.
  13. Then put the onion on the radish.
  14. We apply a mayonnaise net.
  15. Next lay out the carrots.
  16. Salt the carrots, pepper, apply a mayonnaise net.
  17. We put a layer of a third of the radish on the carrots and apply a mayonnaise net.
  18. Then distribute the apple.
  19. Put the remaining third of the radish on the apple.
  20. We apply a mayonnaise net.
  21. Lay the egg whites on top. Salt lightly.
  22. We apply a mayonnaise net.
  23. Sprinkle the top with egg yolks.
  24. Carefully remove the culinary ring and decorate the puff salad with parsley.
