  1. We prepare the necessary products. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content. It is better to choose sour cream with a high percentage of fat, it should be thick. Dill, tomatoes and radishes are washed and dried.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into medium slices and leave in a deep plate for 15 minutes to drain excess juice, which can ruin the appearance of the salad.
  3. We will collect the salad in the culinary ring. Drain excess juice, then spread the tomatoes in the ring in the first layer.
  4. Transfer the sour cream to a piping bag. We put a little sour cream on the tomatoes.
  5. Cut off the tails of the radishes. Cut each radish in half, then into small slices and spread on top of the tomatoes.
  6. Put some sour cream on the radishes.
  7. Peel the red onion, cut into thin half rings and spread on the radish.
  8. Sprinkle the onion with salt.
  9. Then we apply sour cream. You can add more sour cream.
  10. Spread the curd evenly on top.
  11. We chop the dill. Sprinkle cottage cheese with dill.
