  1. Cooking yeast dough for pancakes. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Mix with a whisk or mixer.
  2. Pour warm (35 degrees) milk and add yeast. We mix. We leave aside for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, bubbles will appear on the surface and the dough should rise slightly.
  4. Add salt and flour to the dough. Mix so that there are no lumps.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into the dough. Stir, cover with a towel and leave the dough aside while the pan heats up.
  6. In a heated frying pan, fry thin pancakes on both sides until cooked.
  7. Leave the cooked pancakes aside to cool.
  8. Preparing pancake sauce. In a separate container, mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream and finely chopped dill. We mix.
  9. Spread a thin layer of sour cream and dill sauce on the cooled pancakes.
  10. We twist the pancakes loosely into tubes. We put the pancake rolls in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  11. Cooking chicken salad. Boil the chicken fillet for 20-30 minutes in salted water until tender. Cut the cooled chicken meat randomly.
  12. Pickled cucumbers cut into cubes.
  13. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Leave some cheese for the top layer of the salad.
  14. Mix chicken, cucumbers, cheese and chopped garlic.
  15. Pepper salad with chicken to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream to mayonnaise, mix. Season the salad with mayonnaise and sour cream sauce. We mix.
  16. We put the form on a plate and put the salad tightly into it. We take the form.
  17. Take the pancakes out of the fridge and cut into pieces.
  18. Arrange pancake rolls around the salad. If the salad is not very high, then lay out one circle of pancakes. If the salad turned out to be high, like ours, then lay out another layer of pancakes on top of the previous ones.
  19. Sprinkle salad with pancakes on top with the remaining grated cheese. Decorate the salad to your liking.
  20. You can also make pancake salad with chicken warm. To do this, add a couple more pancake rolls on top of the cheese and sprinkle them with cheese. Warm the pancake salad with cheese in the microwave or in the oven.
