The dish turns out to be hearty, fragrant, which will delight your family!!!! It is prepared very simply and quickly!!!

Ingredients

  1. Lightly sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Also add finely chopped spinach.
  3. We clean the tomato from the peel (after dousing them with boiling water), remove the seeds. Cut into small cubes, add to the onion, garlic and spinach. Stew the tomato with everything else for just a couple of minutes.
  4. At the same time, add the pasta to the boiling water. The water may not be salted. Pasta is cooked UNTIL HALF READY!!!!!
  5. Now it's the turn of the fish. On medium heat, the entire contents are cooked for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add cream. Salt, pepper to taste. You can add a mixture of herbs. I added Provence herbs.
  7. As soon as the cream starts to boil, add the pasta. We bring everything to readiness. I really advise you to throw the pasta undercooked so that it absorbs all the flavor of this sauce!
