Piglets in cabbage

  1. Cut the meat, beat off the slices, grate with spices, salt.
  2. Toss a head of cabbage in a pan and put on a plate, bring to a condition that leaves were soft and did not tear, at a root of a leaf to cut out after a head.
  3. Cut into strips carrots, peppers, parsley, dill, finely chop.
  4. Put vegetables, olives and greens on the meat.
  5. ..and wrap a roll.
  6. Then wrap in a cabbage leaf, and out came these piglets.
  7. Preheat the pan, melt the butter, lay out the piglets and grease with mayonnaise.
  8. Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, the length of stay will depend on how much you like baked vegetables).
