Pilaf is a popular dish, but it is difficult to make it according to the original recipe without a cauldron. When using a multicooker, the difference is almost not felt, the dish becomes hearty and bright, just like from Uzbek cuisine.

  1. Choose lean meat, cut it into pieces of medium size.
  2. Chop carrots into thin strips, onion - a small cube.
  3. Preheat the multicooker in the "Frying" mode, pre-pouring 5-7 tbsp. l. sunflower oil.
  4. Put the pork, after 5 minutes add spices, salt, carefully combine the components, continue the process for another quarter of an hour.
  5. Place the chopped onion, mix again, after 5-7 minutes put the carrots. Hold under the lid for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Rinse the rice, place on top of the meat and vegetables, level with a spatula.
  7. Pour water in a thin stream so as not to blur the rice.
  8. Peel the garlic and stick the cloves in a circle in the groats.
  9. Change the program to "Pilaf", extinguish for 1 hour.
