This dish is perfect for a regular dinner or for meeting guests. It is prepared quite quickly and easily, and the meat thanks to the "fur coat" laid out on top, always turns out juicy and soft.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the pork and cut into small pieces.
  2. Then it should be lightly beaten on both sides.
  3. Add salt, pepper and any spices to your taste.
  4. You can leave it to marinate in this form, but I add garlic, a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix. I leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. The longer the meat is marinated, the softer and tastier it will be.
  5. While the meat is marinating, prepare the other ingredients. Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  6. Fry them for literally 2-3 minutes in butter. While frying, I add a little salt and seasoning with the aroma of wild mushrooms.
  7. Cut tomatoes into thin slices.
  8. Cut the onion into rings.
  9. For the sauce, mix in equal proportions sour cream and mayonnaise, add herbs. Mix everything and the sauce is ready.
  10. Tremo cheese on a fine grater
  11. Cover the pan with foil, put an incomplete tablespoon of sauce, and spread the meat on top.
  12. Distribute the onion evenly over the meat.
  13. On top of the onions put fried mushrooms.
  14. And on the mushrooms spread a slice of tomato.
  15. Cover the pan with foil, excluding gaps and send in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Then take out, remove the foil and pour each portion of the remaining sauce.
  16. Sprinkle with cheese on top and send back to the oven at 180 degrees for another 15-20 minutes.
  17. When a ruddy crust is formed, it can be removed and served as a separate dish, or together with potatoes and fresh vegetables.
