  1. Cut the pork into small pieces, combine with butter, adjika, salt, pepper, spices. Mix well and leave for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Then fry the meat in a deep thick-walled pan for 15 minutes on high heat on all sides until golden brown. Add finely chopped carrots (you can use a Korean grater) and chopped onions. Fry everything together over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. For the sauce, mix the cream and sauce (the density can be adjusted by adding water).
  4. Pour pork with vegetables.
  5. Stew everything together under the lid for about 10 minutes, turn off and let the dish infuse a bit.
