Hearty, very tasty and simple dish - potato salad with pickled champignons and pickles. Despite the fact that the ingredients for the salad are budget, they are perfectly combined with each other, providing nutrition and great taste of the dish.

  1. Wash the potatoes in their skins, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook potatoes over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, until tender. Then we completely cool the potatoes, taking them out of the broth.
  2. Pickled cucumbers cut into medium cubes.
  3. Mushrooms cut into medium pieces.
  4. Chop the onion and dill.
  5. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into medium cubes.
  6. In a bowl, combine potatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers and herbs.
  7. We add vegetable oil. Pepper and salt to taste. Be sure to try the salad. Since cucumbers and mushrooms are already salted, you may not have to add salt to the salad. We mix.
