Puff salad with carrots, cheese and beets

Beautiful vegetable salad with cheese for the festive table. This is delicious.

  1. Hard boil chicken eggs. Cool and clean.
  2. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
  3. Boil the beetroot until tender. Cool down. Clear. Grate on a coarse grater.
  4. Boil carrots until cooked in their skins. Cool down. Clear. Grate on a coarse grater.
  5. Peel the walnuts. Ignite the kernels in a pan.
  6. Crush the walnut kernels with a rolling pin or finely chop with a knife.
  7. Pour boiling water over prunes. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove bone. Cut into pieces.
  8. Wash the green onion and finely chop.
  9. Peel and crush the garlic in a garlic press.
  10. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  11. Lay products in layers:
  12. 1 layer - carrots;
  13. 2 layer - 3 eggs + mayonnaise;
  14. 3 layer - cheese + garlic;
  15. 4 layer - 2 eggs + mayonnaise;
  16. 5 layer - nuts + prunes;
  17. 6 layer - beets + mayonnaise.
  18. Garnish the puff salad with carrots and green onions. Let stand in the refrigerator.
