Shish kebab salad turns out to be quite satisfying and will definitely appeal to barbecue lovers. The salad is made only from meat and onions, and the main flavor accent is given by a spicy sour-salty marinade.

  1. Dip the pork in water and cook until tender with the addition of salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare salad dressing. Mix water, olive oil, table vinegar and balsamic vinegar. Add sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir, taste, maybe add something.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings or half rings.
  4. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the water, cool and cut into thin slices.

  6. Put a layer of meat on top again.
  7. Cover with a layer of onions and pour over the marinade. Cover bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours or more.
