Salad "Bone" with shrimps and avocado

  1. For this salad, the size of the shrimp is unimportant, you can use large or small ones (small ones usually with a more pronounced shrimp taste).
  2. Boil the shrimp in salted boiling water for 6-7 minutes. Salt the water. Let the shrimp cool down.
  3. We will clean the shrimp from heads, shells, remove intestinal wreaths from the tails. If you have large shrimp, cut them into small cubes.
  4. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise. Remove the stone, take out the pulp and cut it into cubes.
  5. Hard boil the eggs in boiling water for 8-9 minutes. We drain the water. Let the eggs cool, remove the shell and grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
  6. (If you are decorating the salad with egg whites, grate the yolks and whites separately. Use the yolks for the salad, the whites for decoration.)
  7. Hard cheese grated on a medium grater.
  8. (If you decorate the salad with cheese, then put one part of the cheese in the salad, and use the other for decoration.)
  9. Place all salad ingredients in a bowl.
  10. Add mayonnaise to a bowl and mix well all the salad ingredients with dressing.
  11. On a flat dish lay out a salad with shrimp and avocado in the form of a bone. Sprinkle the salad on all sides with grated cheese or egg white, at your discretion.
