Very tasty and beautiful salad! Decoration of any table, and especially festive!

Dip the chicken fillet in salted boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender. Cool down.
Clean the onion. Remove tough fibers from celery. Finely chop the onion and celery. Cut lettuce leaves.
Carefully cut the tomatoes into 8 slices, without cutting to the end (!) To get an "open flower".
Boiled chicken fillet cut into cubes.
Combine chicken, onion and celery. Add mayonnaise and sour cream, salt and mix.
Arrange lettuce leaves in four serving bowls. Then place an open tomato flower in each salad bowl and put the cooked salad into it. Top salad "Chic" can be sprinkled with oregano.
Salad "Chic" is ready. Bon appetit!
