Very tasty, satisfying, lean and healthy version of Greek salad with cabbage to your table. A sea of vegetables and soy tofu. Not a salad, but pure health and a range of flavors.

Ingredients

  1. Wash sweet pepper, remove seeds, cut into strips.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices.
  3. Peking cabbage cut into strips or pieces.
  4. Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin half rings.
  5. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  6. Open a jar of pitted olives. Drain the liquid. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Salt, pepper, add lemon juice to taste. Dress Greek salad with cabbage with olive oil. Mix. Sprinkle with herbs.
  7. Greek salad with cabbage and tofu is ready.
