Salad "Hedgehog"

This hearty salad with sausage, cheese and corn is perfect for any holiday.

Ingredients

• Smoked sausage - 100 g
• Hard cheese - 100 g
• Canned corn - 140 g
• Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
• Garlic - 1 clove
• Mayonnaise - 80 g

Directions

1. Prepare products. Boil the eggs in advance (10 minutes) and cool in cold water.
2. Cut the sausage into cubes.
3. Eggs cut into cubes.
4. Grate the cheese.
5. Combine sausage, cheese, eggs and corn (without liquid).
6. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a garlic press.
7. Season salad "Hedgehog" with mayonnaise and mix all the ingredients.
