Sinfully delicious salad of Beijing cabbage, chicken and croutons with original dressing.

  1. Let's make croutons. To do this, cut the loaf into a cube with a side of about 1.5 cm. Mix vegetable oil with garlic, Provencal herbs and salt. Place our cubes in a baking dish, fill with the prepared mixture, mix thoroughly and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 160-170 degrees. Mix them from time to time.
  2. Chicken fillet cut into strips, salt, pepper, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring often, avoiding frying the meat - we need it juicy inside.
  3. Finely cut the cabbage, bell pepper into thin strips.
  4. Next, make a cheese ball. To do this, take fetax cheese, add finely chopped dill, garlic through a press, basil and knead well with a fork (I added a little cream for a softer consistency). Then from this mass we sculpt balls with our hands - in the palms, as if from plasticine.
  5. For dressing, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, tangerine juice.
  6. Mix cabbage, corn, finely chopped onion, bell pepper, chicken. We put it on a plate, put cheese balls, croutons on top, pour dressing over Chinese cabbage salad.
