The original recipe for the famous salad "Mimosa" in a new way. Delicious, simple and beautiful.

  1. Peel and wash onions. Cut the onion and soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Boil chicken eggs hard boiled (10 minutes). Cool down. Clear. Wash and peel apples.
  3. Grate hard cheese, crab sticks, separately egg whites and yolks, an apple.
  4. Assemble Mimosa salad with crab sticks. The first layer is egg whites.
  5. The second layer is cheese.
  6. The third layer is frozen butter (grate on a coarse grater).
  7. Lay a layer of prepared onion on top.
  8. Then a layer of mayonnaise (about 1/3 can).
  9. Above - crab sticks.
  10. Then a layer of apples.
  11. Now lay out a layer of mayonnaise.
  12. Put a layer of chicken yolks on top.
  13. Decorate as you wish. Salad "Mimosa" with crab sticks is ready.
