  1. Wash rice. Boil until done for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Wash and clean onions, carrots and mushrooms. Grate carrots on a large grater. Onion cut into cubes. Separate half. Mushrooms cut into pieces.
  3. Heat up the pan. Pour vegetable oil and put onions and carrots. Simmer, stirring for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add mushrooms. Simmer everything together, stirring for 5-7 minutes. Cool down.
  5. Drain water from canned corn.
  6. Dice pickled cucumbers.
