  4. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Mix the third part of carrots with onions.
  5. Finely chop the mushrooms, grate the cheese on a coarse or fine grater.
  6. For a salad, it is best to take a flat dish, preferably plain without a pattern.
  7. We spread the products on it in layers, immediately forming a half of an orange slice. We cover each layer with a mesh of mayonnaise. It is very convenient to use the bag - put a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream into it, make a hole in the bag with a toothpick. And water from the package. Important: if you take a leaky bag, nothing will work, you will only suffer. But it's still more convenient than spreading with a spoon.

  9. 2 layer - boiled meat.
  10. 3 layer - hard cheese and yolks.
  11. 4th layer - pickled mushrooms.
