Salads are vegetable, fish, meat. We offer you a salad recipe that perfectly combines both, and another, and the third.

  1. Boil in the skin or bake in the oven 500 grams of potatoes. Clean, cool and cut into cubes. Put in a bowl.
  2. Add 3 boiled eggs, diced.
  3. Cut into cubes 250 grams of boiled beef.
  4. Cut into cubes 3 pickled cucumbers, put in a bowl.
  5. One sour apple is peeled and core, cut into cubes and sent to a bowl.
  6. Cut the fillet of one herring into cubes and add to the rest of the products. We mix.
  7. Preparing salad dressing. Grate horseradish on a fine grater.
  8. In a bowl, put 1-1.5 tablespoons of grated horseradish, 300 grams of sour cream and mix.
  9. Add 2 teaspoons of mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Add 4 tablespoons of 5% vinegar, half a glass of chopped dill and parsley and mix again.
  10. Pour the salad with meat, herring, eggs, vegetables and an apple with the prepared sauce. We mix everything well. We put the salad in the refrigerator for several hours.
  11. We spread the salad with herring and beef in a salad bowl, decorate and serve.
