Salad roll with ham

An unusual solution for serving salad is to roll it into a roll. Delicious and looks festive.

Ingredients

• Lettuce (choose larger)
• Ham - 100 g
• Tomato - 1 pc.
• Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
• Green onions - 2 pcs.
• Dill
• Salt
• Gelatin
• Mayonnaise

Directions

1. Let's dissolve 1 teaspoon of gelatin in 100 g of hot water.
2. We cut the ham and tomato into strips, three eggs, and finely chop the onion and dill. Salt and mix. Add diluted gelatin.
3. Lay lettuce leaves on cling film.
4. Spread the ham and tomato mixture in an even layer on top.
5. Using a film, twist into a roll and put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
6. We release the roll from the film.
7. Cut into pieces and decorate with mayonnaise or whipped sour cream.
