Salad "Snow Crab" is bright, juicy and tasty. Such a salad can be prepared not only for the festive table, but also for everyday dinner.

  1. To prepare the salad, boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes, cool in cold water, peel. Boil carrots until cooked, let cool and peel. Finely chop the crab sticks, rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the eggs in half, separate the whites from the yolks, rub the whites on a coarse grater, and the yolks on a fine grater. We put a serving ring with a diameter of 16 cm on the dish and put the carrots in the first layer, apply a mayonnaise mesh. The second layer is crab, we apply a mayonnaise net on top. The third layer is cheese, we apply a mayonnaise net on top.
  3. The fourth layer of egg yolks, it needs to be slightly salted and smeared with mayonnaise. The fifth, last, layer is shabby egg whites. Cover the salad with cling film on top and send it to soak in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Carefully remove the ring and serve the salad to the table.
