Delicate and light puff salad "Turtle" of eggs with apples and cheese.

  1. Peel the apples, remove the seed box and cut into cubes.
  2. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix.
  3. We prepare cheese in the same way.
  4. Separate the whites from the yolks, reserving 1 egg for decoration. Cut the squirrels into strips, leaving a small thickened part (we will make “eyes” out of it). Mix egg whites with mayonnaise.
  5. Rub the yolks on a fine grater.
  6. On a large round plate, spread half of the apples, cheese and proteins in a slide, alternating layers.
  7. Repeat all layers again.
  8. Sprinkle with grated yolks.
  9. Distribute halves of walnuts over the entire surface of the salad. With the largest halves of the nuts, we visually make four "legs".
  10. From the remaining egg we make the "head" of the turtle. The edge that is the sharpest will be the "muzzle", you need to make a cut along - it will be like an open "mouth". In the part of the salad where we will lay the "head", we make a recess or flatten a little and insert the egg. The remaining piece of protein is cut into two strips (these will be the "eyes" of the turtle). We put the "eyes" in the intended place, fixing a little with mayonnaise.
  11. From peas of black pepper we make "pupils".
  12. We insert a sprig of greenery into the "mouth" or make a tongue from a tomato or carrot.
