Fresh young vegetables to your table. What could be tastier than a fresh vegetable salad?

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and wash onions and carrots.
  2. Onion cut into pieces. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Wash greens and finely chop.
  4. Peel the garlic and finely chop.
  5. Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes.
  6. Cabbage cut into thin strips.
  7. Wash cucumbers and cut into strips.
  8. peel the beets, wash and cut into thin strips.
  9. Open a can of canned corn. Drain liquid.
  10. Open a pack of crackers (or make homemade ones).
  11. Combine all products in a bowl. Salt. Dress salad assorted with sour cream, mayonnaise or vegetable oil. Mix well.
  12. Salad "Vegetable platter" is ready.
