An amazing salad for the whole family - bright, satisfying, memorable and very interesting in terms of the combination of products. Its main ingredients - ham, cheese, canned beans, dill - do not require heat treatment, you just have to cook croutons and combine everything. And if you take ready-made croutons, cooking a salad will be completely reduced to 10 minutes!

  1. Prepare the ingredients according to the list.
  2. Crackers can be used both cooked by yourself and purchased.
  3. Cut the crusts off the slices of bread. Cut the crumb into small cubes. (Weight of bread without crusts - 80 g.)
  4. Toast the bread cubes on all sides in a dry frying pan until crispy (about 5-7 minutes over medium heat). Don't over fry crackers.
  5. Transfer the croutons to a flat plate and let cool. (Weight of finished crackers - 60 g.)
  6. Cut the ham into cubes about the same size as the croutons.
  7. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. Rinse dill, dry and chop.
  9. Transfer the canned beans to a strainer and rinse under cold running water. Let the water drain. You can additionally dry the beans on a sheet of paper towel to get rid of the liquid as much as possible.
  10. In a bowl or deep salad bowl, combine beans, ham, cooled croutons, dill and cheese.
  11. Season the ingredients with mayonnaise, add salt to taste.
  12. Mix salad.
