A delicious salad with chicken, vegetables, olives and cheese. Chicken fillet makes it quite satisfying, so you can have dinner with such a salad.

  1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until cooked and cool in the broth. Disassemble the broccoli cabbage into inflorescences.
  2. Plunge green peas into boiling salted water. After 3 minutes, add broccoli, disassembled into inflorescences, to it. Cook for 5 more minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. Chilled immediately after boiling, peas do not lose their color.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, coarsely tear or chop the lettuce. Add green peas with broccoli and olives. Salt and sprinkle with spices. For dressing, mix sour cream with mustard. Pour over the salad and mix.
  4. Put the salad in a salad bowl and sprinkle with diced cheese. Garnish with green parsley
