We bring to your attention a very interesting and tasty salad with fried chicken liver, beans and crackers, which you will definitely like.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the loaf into small (up to 1.5 cm) cubes, transfer to a baking sheet and send to a hot oven (180 degrees). When they are browned, take out the finished crackers and pour them onto a plate.
  2. Throw the canned beans into a strainer, rinse lightly with boiled cold water and let all the liquid drain. If you only have fresh beans available, then boil them in advance until tender.
  3. Cut the peeled onion into half rings.
  4. Wash the tomato (choose a dense one) and cut into even small cubes.
  5. Cut a clean pepper into two parts, remove the entire core and seeds. Cut it into medium sized strips.
  6. Divide the chicken liver into two parts, while removing the film that comes across. If it is very large, cut it into two more halves. Rinse it well under water. Fry the liver in a well-heated small frying pan in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Make the fire medium. Check the readiness of the liver by cutting one piece of it with a knife.
  7. Combine chopped vegetables in a deep salad bowl.
  8. Add red beans to them.
  9. Send the finished chicken liver to the previous products.
  10. Make a salad dressing by combining soy sauce, aromatic balsamic vinegar, vegetable oil, and mustard beans.
  11. Add the resulting dressing to the vegetables with chicken liver and mix everything.
  12. Tear clean lettuce leaves into large pieces and send them to a plate. Place a ready-made salad with chicken liver and beans on top.
  13. Sprinkle the bean salad with the liver and croutons and serve.
