The basis of the salad is chicken fillet fried with onions and carrots, satiety is provided by boiled potatoes, cheese is responsible for the tenderness of taste, and pickled champignons give a pleasant sourness.

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients. We clean the onions and carrots.
  2. Pour the potatoes in the skin with water and put on fire.
  3. Boil potatoes until tender. This may take 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the tubers. Let the cooked potatoes cool, drain the broth.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Chicken fillet cut into thin strips and fry for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Cut the onion into quarter rings. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Add onions and carrots to the pan.
  6. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes. Turn off the fire, let cool.
  7. We clean the boiled potatoes and cut them into cubes with a side of about 1.5 cm. Put them in a bowl.
  8. Mushrooms are cut into several parts, depending on the size. If the mushrooms are small, you can leave them whole. We send mushrooms to potatoes.
  9. We rub the cheese on a large grater.
  10. In a bowl, add the fried chicken with onions and carrots, as well as grated cheese.
  11. Dress the salad with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
  12. We mix. Salad ready.
