An interesting version of crab salad - with avocado, fresh cucumber, cheese and egg! The salad turns out to be juicy, very tender and fresh in taste, while the avocado makes the dish nutritious and gives an exotic accent. The dressing is mayonnaise, but natural yogurt can be used for a lighter version of the salad.

  1. Boil the egg hard-boiled (within 10 minutes after boiling water). Then fill it with cold water and leave to cool.
  2. While the egg is cooling, peel half of the avocado. Cut the pulp of the fruit into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice so that the avocado does not darken. For avocado lovers, you can take not half, but the whole fruit.
  3. Peel the cucumber (if it is thin and tender, you can leave it) and cut into thin semicircles.
  4. Peel the crab sticks from the packaging film and cut into small pieces.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Peel the cooled egg from the shell and also grate it on a coarse grater.
  7. In a bowl, combine the prepared foods: crab sticks, avocado, cheese, egg and cucumber.
  8. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Mix salad.
  10. Salad of crab sticks with avocado, cucumber, cheese and egg is ready. Serve salad at the table immediately after preparation. Bon appetit!
