Salad with fried chicken fillet, eggs and vegetables

Recipe for a simple salad with fried chicken fillet, cucumbers, sweet peppers and eggs. Thanks to chicken meat and mayonnaise dressing, the salad turns out to be quite satisfying, fresh vegetables are in perfect harmony with chicken, and lettuce leaves add lightness and freshness.

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Mayonnaise, use any fat content, tastier, of course, homemade.
  3. Dip the eggs in a saucepan of cold salted water and put on fire. Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes after boiling. Cool down in cold water.
  4. I have two small chicken fillets. If the fillet is large, cut it along the entire length into two halves. I did not cut the chicken fillet, but used it as a whole.
  5. Season the fillets on all sides with salt and black pepper. You can take additional spices and spices, to your taste.
  6. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. If desired, you can use a little vegetable oil for frying. I cooked without oil.
  7. Place the chicken fillet into the hot skillet.
  8. Cover the pan with a lid. Fry the fillet for 4-5 minutes on each side. Turn off the heat and leave the fillet covered for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves, tear with your hands into arbitrary pieces.
  10. Put the leaves in a deep salad bowl.
  11. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into cubes and add to the lettuce leaves.
  12. Trim the edges of the cucumbers on both sides. Cut the cucumbers lengthwise along the entire length, and then cut into slices obliquely.
  13. Peel the eggs and cut into thin slices. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
  14. Cut the cooled chicken fillet into strips. Add to salad bowl.
  15. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Stir.
  16. Serve salad with fried chicken fillet, eggs and vegetables to the table immediately after preparation.
