Hello lovely ladies! This fish salad is just for you. I don’t want to ignore men - they can cook such a salad only as an addition to a meat dish. However, for us girls, this salad with vegetables and fish will be a great hearty dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Finely chop the cabbage. I used white cabbage, but it can be replaced with Beijing or red.
  2. Wash cucumbers and cut into semicircles.
  3. Wash and cut the tomatoes as shown in the photo.
  4. Wash green onions and finely chop
  5. Put all vegetables in a bowl and add finely chopped garlic.
  6. Remove the fish from the jar and cut it into medium-sized pieces, but make sure that the pieces are still larger. Thus, mackerel will be more noticeable in the salad.
  7. Now let's get to the salad dressing. Pour vegetable oil, soy sauce, mayonnaise into a gravy boat, season with salt and a mixture of ground peppers.
  8. Add mustard and mix everything.
  9. Dress the salad with the prepared dressing.
  10. Mix the salad well and you can start the meal, or serve the salad to the missus with a piece of fried meat steak.
  11. Bon appetit!
