Salad with mushrooms - both for every day and for a holiday!
Ingredients
Directions
Boil the potatoes in the skin (25 minutes), peel, cut into cubes.
Drain marinade from mushrooms. Cut if necessary.
Prepare green peas: If using canned peas, simply drain the water; frozen or fresh peas should be boiled for 2-3 minutes in a small amount of water (add a pinch of salt to the water).
Cut olives into slices.
Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Wash and chop the parsley.
Mix all ingredients, add vegetable oil, salt, black pepper.
Carefully transfer the salad. Put the salad with mushrooms in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Salad with pickled mushrooms is ready. Bon appetit!
