This is a very simple and light spring salad of radishes, boiled eggs and green onions. You can cook it every day! It is prepared quickly and from the available ingredients, and brings maximum pleasure.

  1. Prepare food. Sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise if desired.
  2. Boil eggs hard boiled (within 10 minutes after boiling water). Cool down in cold water.
  3. Wash and dry the radishes and green onions.
  4. Cut the tails off the radishes. Cut the radishes into thin circles or semicircles.
  5. Send to a bowl.
  6. Finely chop the green onion. You can use both white and green parts. Add onion to radish.
  7. Peel the cooled eggs from the shell and cut into large cubes.
  8. Add eggs to the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients gently.
  9. Add sour cream to taste and stir.
  10. Spring salad of radishes and eggs is ready.
  11. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl and serve. To improve the taste, I recommend chilling the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
