Salad with sausage, carrots, cheese and egg pancakes

Unpretentious, easy to prepare, but very tasty salad with sausage, carrots, cheese and egg pancakes. We make pancakes from a mixture of eggs and starch, due to which they are very tender. Fresh carrots add juiciness, garlic - piquancy, and smoked sausage sets the main taste.

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir in the potato starch.
  2. Mix the eggs and cornstarch well with a whisk.
  3. Grease a frying pan with oil, heat over medium heat. Pour into the pan 3 tbsp. spoons of egg mixture. Rotate the pan in different directions to make a pancake. Fry for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Flip the pancake and cook on the other side for 10 more seconds.
  5. Fry all the pancakes in this way. I made 3 egg pancakes. I used a pan with a diameter of 20 cm.
  6. Roll up all the pancakes and cut into strips.
  7. Peel the smoked sausage and cut into strips.
  8. Grate peeled raw carrots on a coarse grater.
  9. Hard cheese also grate on a medium grater.
  10. Put the sausage, carrots and cheese in a deep dish.
  11. Add egg pancakes.
  12. Grate the peeled garlic on a fine grater or pass through a press. Add garlic, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper to the salad to taste.
  13. Stir. Salad with sausage, carrots, cheese and egg pancakes is ready.
  14. Serve the salad immediately to the table, putting it in any convenient dish.
