  1. Peel and grate the carrots for Korean carrots. Fry in vegetable oil until soft, over low heat.
  2. Place the ingredients for the dressing sauce in a half-liter jar or a narrow blender bowl. Punch with a blender until a homogeneous sauce is formed.
  3. Cool the fried carrots and place in a deep salad bowl.
