Salad with smoked chicken, feta cheese and vegetables is prepared quickly, because its preparation does not require long-term processing of ingredients. And even if frozen green peas are used, they are only pre-cooked for one to two minutes. In this dish, a bright vegetable component in the form of tomatoes, radishes and green peas is favorably complemented by smoked chicken and pieces of feta cheese, which give the salad a particularly expressive taste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Peas can be used both fresh and frozen. I used frozen.
  3. You can use any part of the smoked chicken.
  4. Instead of the feathers of traditional green onions, you can use chives, which are smaller.
  5. Boil 300 ml of water, send frozen green peas to boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Drain the boiling water and dip the peas in a sieve into cold water so that they retain their bright green color and cool.
  7. Cut cherry tomatoes or small cocktail tomatoes in half. Remove stems from radishes. Cut the radish into thin slices.
  8. Cut the feta into small cubes, and the smoked chicken into cubes or sticks.
  9. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, tear them with your hands and put them in a bowl.
  10. Add prepared tomatoes, radishes, green peas and smoked chicken to lettuce leaves.
  11. Stir and add feta cubes. Mix gently again.
  12. Finely chop the green onion. For dressing, combine mayonnaise with finely chopped green onions.
  13. Add the dressing to the bowl with the rest of the salad ingredients.
  14. Gently toss salad with dressing, place on a plate and serve.
  15. Lettuce can be further cooled - so its taste will be revealed even brighter.
  16. A light and at the same time hearty salad can be both an appetizer on the table and a main course. Experiment, pamper yourself and your family with something new!
