A simple and quick salad with squid, fried bell peppers and green onions will appeal to many. Lemon and soy sauce dressing is a great substitute for mayonnaise.   1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse and pat dry bell peppers and green onions.
  2. If you have unpeeled squids, put them in boiling water, bring the water to a boil again. Remove the squid from boiling water and clean under running cold water from the dark skin.
  3. Peel the bell pepper from the stalk and seeds, cut the pulp of the pepper into strips. Pour oil into a frying pan and add pepper. Fry it over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Cut the squid into strips and add to the pan with the roasted peppers. Mix everything and fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the peppers with squid (without liquid) to a salad bowl.
  6. Cut the green onion into rings and add to the salad bowl.
  7. Add lemon juice to salad.
  8. Pour soy sauce into a salad bowl, add ground black pepper and mix.
  9. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds, mix. Refrigerate the salad for 30 minutes, then serve.
