Today's recipe for cooking pork skewers in a jar in the oven. It turns out very soft, tasty and appetizing meat.

  1. Cut the meat into cubes about 4 x 4 cm.
  2. Cut the onion into rings.
  3. Add half of the chopped onion to half of the meat and marinate in a mixture of lemon juice, pepper and mustard.
  4. To the second half of the meat add another chopped onion and marinate in a mixture of spices, black pepper and apple cider vinegar. Leave all the marinated meat for one hour.
  5. Cut smoked lard.
  6. Add salt to taste to the marinated meat and let it stand for another 15 minutes. Then it should be strung on wooden skewers with 4 pieces of meat each, alternating with smoked lard.
  7. At the bottom of a three-liter jar pour half a cup of rice, top with marinade onions, put skewers with meat in a jar with the tip up.
  8. Close the throat of the jars with two layers of foil and make a few holes. Put the jar in a cold oven and bake the kebab at 220 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Then turn off the oven and leave the kebabs for another 15 minutes to cool.
  9. Serve kebabs with greens, ketchup and rice.
