Today we will cook spaghetti with meat sauce "A la bolognese". This quick and uncomplicated recipe will please even the most demanding gourmets and will be a great addition to your holiday or everyday menu.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We put water on the stove for cooking spaghetti with sauce "a la bolognese". We salt the water. Add black peppercorns, bay leaf and a small piece of butter (you can add 1 tsp vegetable oil instead of butter). Cover the pot with a lid. Turn on the stove to maximum heat so that the water boils.
  2. On the other burner, heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  3. Fry finely chopped garlic in a pan.
  4. When the garlic is fried, we take it out of the pan and throw it away - we will no longer need it.
  5. Fry finely chopped onions in the same oil in a frying pan, at a medium level of heating the stove.
  6. When the onion becomes slightly golden in color, add the minced meat and mix everything well. You can add some vegetable oil. Cover with a lid for a few minutes
  7. When the water in the pan boils, remove the bay leaf and peppercorns from the water.
  8. Place the spaghetti in a pot of boiling water until the bottom of the spaghetti is softened. Next, crush the rest of the spaghetti with a spoon until the spaghetti is completely immersed in water. We do not cover the pot with a lid anymore. Cook spaghetti according to the time indicated on the package until cooked. At the same time, the water in the pan should boil.
  9. When the meat in the pan becomes light in color, you need to salt and pepper it to taste.
  10. After a few minutes, add tomato juice to the meat. Please note: you have tomato juice with or without salt. I use juice without salt or grind two fresh tomatoes in a blender. Taste the sauce periodically. Mix everything well.
  11. Add finely chopped herbs to the pan and mix well. Cover with a lid for a couple more minutes.
  12. Drain water from spaghetti. Add a piece of butter (or 1 tsp vegetable) and mix well.
  13. We proceed to the formation of individual portions of spaghetti with "A la bolognese" sauce. Put the desired amount of spaghetti on the bottom of the plate. Put the sauce on top and sprinkle spaghetti with meat sauce with finely grated hard cheese.
  14. Here we have such a beautiful, juicy and fragrant dish.
  15. Enjoy your meal!
