Tasty Crab salad with kiwi

The original recipe for this kiwi crab salad uses crab sticks, but I don’t like them, so I suggest replacing them with shrimp or krill meat. It turns out great!

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 1 can of corn
• 1 bulb
• 2 kiwi
• 200 g crab sticks, shrimp or 2 cans of krill meat
• mayonnaise

Directions

1. Crab salad should be laid out in layers, smeared with mayonnaise:
2. 1st layer - onion (scald with boiling water, then pickle in lemon juice with a spoonful of sugar, then rinse with boiled water and squeeze).
3. 2nd layer - crab sticks, coarsely chopped (I suggest replacing with shrimp or krill meat).
4. 3rd layer - eggs, cut into half rings.
5. 4th layer - corn.
6. 5th layer - kiwi (peel and cut into small pieces).
