If you want to serve your favorite puff salad in a new original form, then use my recipe. Arrange the salad in the form of a roll.

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, then cool well in cold water and peel. Cut the eggs in half and separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Wrap the mat (bamboo rug) with cling film and put the grated protein on it in an even layer. If you don't have one, make your salad on parchment paper.
  3. Grate hard cheese, carefully lay it out with the next layer and pour over with mayonnaise.
  4. Peel the boiled carrots, grate, put on the cheese and pour over with mayonnaise, which is gently spread over the entire surface.
  5. Peel the onion, chop it in half rings and spread it on the carrot layer.
  6. Wash the green onion, chop and place on top of the onion.
  7. Open the canned food, drain the oil, and put the pieces of fish in a slide, as shown in the photo.
  8. Roll up the lettuce, lifting both ends towards each other. Wrap the roll with cling film to soak a little, and leave the salad roll to lie down for about 1 hour.
  9. Then remove the salad from the film with a roll and put it on a dish that is suitable in size. Grate the yolks and sprinkle them with salad roll, also decorate the salad with any greens.
